This is yarn produced from our own alpacas.

Yes! We grow our own yarn right here on our farm. We shear our alpacas in late spring, process their fiber at a local mill, and will ship it directly to you or arrange for local pickup.

If you love yarn, you'll enjoy working with and wearing our alpacas' yarn. It's soft and squishy, feels luxurious against your skin, is hypoallergenic, and will not pill.

Alpaca is lightweight compared to wool and synthetic yarns, but don't let that make you think it won't be warm. Alpaca is surprisingly comfortable and insulating, yet you won't overheat. Alpaca is naturally wicking, odor, water, and flame-retardant.

Make your next gorgeous creation with alpaca. Suggested items: scarf, hat, mittens shawl, cowl, sweaters, afghan, blanket, or throw.
